The 12” Vinyl Sleeve with 4mm spine is the product I didn’t think was doable in house. It is a 2 panel sleeve with a 4mm spine for a 12” record in a dust jacket. Digitally printed, machine cut and hand assembled in house, the 12” Vinyl Sleeve can be made in the following cardstocks as standard:

-Uncoated white - 350GSM / 420 Micron
-Uncoated brown - 350GSM / 475 Micron
-Uncoated black - 350GSM / 500 Micron
-Pearlescent cream - 340GSM / 440 Micron
-Pearlescent silver - 340GSM / 440 Micron

There is a variety of artwork options available now, and other boards are available dependant on run size/what’s needed/what’s available, I’m always on the look out for interesting stock I can use.

Cut out artwork is possible, but take into account that on this design it will show through to the dust jacket.

With the right artwork pen drawn artwork could be used, this is suited to linework illustration and is only possible on white and brown board.
