New for 2026, A DVD Sleeve is designed to be the same dimensions as a standard DVD case, with no plastic. The disc is held in an unprinted corrugated card unglued tray. With a 17.5mm spine and 4 panels for artwork, and can hold up to 8 DVDs stacked on one another, if that’s what you need. It’s a unique design, designed and manufactured in house here.

Digitally printed and hand assembled in house, can be made in the following cardstocks as standard:

-Uncoated white - 350GSM / 420 Micron
-Uncoated brown - 350GSM / 475 Micron
-Uncoated black - 350GSM / 500 Micron
-Pearlescent cream - 340GSM / 440 Micron
-Pearlescent silver - 340GSM / 440 Micron

There is a variety of artwork options available now, and other boards are available dependant on run size/what’s needed/what’s available, I’m always on the look out for interesting stock I can use.

With the right artwork pen drawn artwork could be used, this is suited to linework illustration and is only possible on white and brown board.
