New for 2026, Cassette05 is identical in dimensions and make up to the Slide in corrugated CD tray, is designed to be the same width and height as a standard CD jewel case, with the cassette being held in an unprinted, unglued corrugate CD tray. With an 17.5mm spine and 4 panels for artwork, it’s a unique design designed and manufactured in house here.

Digitally printed, machine cut and hand assembled in house, Cassette01 can be made in the following cardstocks as standard:

-Uncoated white - 350GSM / 420 Micron
-Uncoated brown - 350GSM / 475 Micron
-Uncoated black - 350GSM / 500 Micron
-Pearlescent cream - 340GSM / 440 Micron
-Pearlescent silver - 340GSM / 440 Micron

There is a variety of artwork options available now, and other boards are available dependant on run size/what’s needed/what’s available, I’m always on the look out for interesting stock I can use.

With the right artwork pen drawn artwork could be used, this is suited to linework illustration and is only possible on white and brown board.

Cut out artwork is possible, but take into account that on this design it will show through to the tape.
