The 12” Vinyl Gatefold is another option I didn't think would be doable in house. With an 8mm spine and 2 openings for 2 records in dust jackets, the gatefold is made in 2 parts and joined together at the spine, which means you could have the front and back made in different card stocks if you wanted, along with the option of having cut out elements this could make a really interesting limited version of a release.

Digitally printed, machine cut and hand assembled in house, the 12” Vinyl Gatefold can be made in the following cardstocks as standard:

-Uncoated white - 350GSM / 420 Micron
-Uncoated brown - 350GSM / 475 Micron
-Uncoated black - 350GSM / 500 Micron
-Pearlescent cream - 340GSM / 440 Micron
-Pearlescent silver - 340GSM / 440 Micron

There is a variety of artwork options available now, and other boards are available dependant on run size/what’s needed/what’s available, I’m always on the look out for interesting stock I can use.

Cut out artwork is possible, but take into account that on this design it will show through to the dust jacket.

With the right artwork pen drawn artwork could be used, this is suited to linework illustration and is only possible on white and brown board.
