Making myself at home

Things are slowly progressing, aside from having no internet, or any means of making packaging, I’m pretty much set up. Printer is ordered for delivery before the end of the year and installation of the massive card cutting machine is booked for the first week of January.

Some things I’ve learned the hard way, industrial units are COLD and don’t have heaters (and energy is expensive) so I’ve had to invest in thermal layers and fingerless gloves while I gauge power useage, as well as buying the most energy efficient heater I could find. Also industrial units don’t come with many/any power outlets, so they’re now installed, a lovely cost I only found out about late on in the process.

Attempting to do bits of set up through a hotspot on my phone isn’t going too well but internet will be hooked up on Tuesday.

From doing a lot of work behind the scenes sat on my arse, getting me to this stage, this last couple of weeks has been pretty full on, but, seeing the progress is so good.
